In order to implement the Internet Caf idea, there are several issues that need to be taken into consideration. Setting up an Internet Caf is not just the matter of connecting computers and accesing Internet, there are some crucial points to be obsrrve in order for running the Caf succesfuly, and these points include chhosing the right networking decision, computer networking equipments, Internet Service Provider (ISP), security and costs etc.

Firstly, I will explain the basic of networking and will choose the best possible option for the Mill Caf.

This report is divided into the following main sections

Networking (Basic Concepts)

Networking are an interconnection of compuers. These computers can be linked together using a wide varity of different cabling types and for a wide varity of different purposes. The basic reason why computers are networked are

 To share resources (files, printers, modems, fax machines etc.)

 To share application software (MS office, Excell)

 Increase productivity ( make it easier to share data amongst usrers)

The thre basic types of network include

• Local Area Network (LAN)

• Metropolitan Area Network(MAN)

• Wide Area Network(WAN)

Local Area Network(LAN)

Local Area Network is a network that is confirmed to a relatively small area. It is generally limited to a geographic area such as a writing lab, school, a building. Rarely are Lan computers more than a mile apart. In a typical lan configuration one computer is designated as file server. It stores all of the software that controls the network, as well as the software that can be shared by computers attached to the network computers connected to the file server are called workstations. The work station can be less powerfull than the file server, and they may have additional software on their hard drives. On most LANs, cable are used to connect the Network Interface Card (NIC) in eacc computer.

LAN is the most likely used network for Internet Caf, as the Mill Caf will be based on one single building therefore I will employ the LAN technology for you Mill Caf. However, below I have briefly explain the term of MAN and WAN technology.

Wide Area Network(WAN)

The interconnection of various LANs through telephone network which unites geographically distributed users is achived through WAN. In short when we log to the Internet we become a part of a WAN.

Metropolitan Area Network (MAN)

A Metropolitan Area Network is one of a number of types network. A MAN is a relatively new class of network, it serves a role similar to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) but for corporate udders with large LANs. A MAN aim to serve geographic area beond the scope of LAN technologies.

From the above definitions of different types of networking, it is clear that you will be using LAN for your MILL Caf.

Protocols

At this point I will need to decide what method of Local Area Networking to be used to link your computers together. Networking is not something that will depreciate as the computers themselves. A Local Area Network or LAN is a means of connecting computers together to allow them to share resources, data and services. The basic additin to a PC is the Network Interface Card or NIC. A NIC is installed into each computer and then connected to the others in the network. There are several types of configuration or topologies as well as protocols.

A protocaol is a set of rules that governs the communicatrion between computers on a network. These rules include guidelines that regulate the following characteristics of a network. Access method , allowed physical topologies, types of cabling and speed of data transfer. The most common protocols are

 Ethernet

 Token ring

 FDDI

 ATM

Before deciding which protocols to use for your Mill Caf I will briefly discuss the concept of conventional cabling vs. the Wireless office, It is important to go over some isues in order to take the right decision whwther to use cable or wireless for your Mill Caf. Below I have outline some advantages and disadvantages of cable and wireless.

Cables

Advantages

 Cable network are faster (100mbps/sec vs 11mbps/sec)

 Cable network are more security conscious

 Cable network tend to utilize existing Ethernet cards in PCs

Disadvantages

 Cable can be a mess

 Cable can be expensive

 Cables can cut or damaged

Wireless

Advantages

 Wireless network are easy to install

 Wireless network are not bound to certain areas of your office/ Internet Caf

 No messy cabling

Disadvantages

 Wireless communication can interface with youer phones

 Chances are someone could access your LAN from outside the Caf

 Network card can be expensive.

From the above advantages and disadvantages of cabling and wireless it is clear that for the Mill Cafnetwork Cabling solutuin would be perfect. The reason for using cabling is the increased security for network users. In poor wether wireless perform badly, since the Mill caf network will not have ant laptop therefore no chance to mobility and therefore no need for wireless. Although cabling is expensive but it is faster than wireless which is important for successful network and user satisfaction.

For your Mill Caf you will be using Ethernet as it is the most popular, fast and cheap technology, used to connect computers together in a Local Araea Networking (LAN)

Below I have outlined a little description of Ethernet-

The Ethernet protocol is by far the most widely used. Ethernet uses an access method called CSMA/CD ( Carrier Sense Multipple Access/ Collision Ditetction). This is a system ehere each computer listens to the cable before sending anything through the network. If the network is clear, the computer will transmit, if some other node is already transmiting on the cable , the computer will wait and try again when the line clear. Sometimes two computers attempt to transmit at the same time instant. When this happens a collision occours. Each computers than backs off and waits a random amount of time before attempting to retransmit . with this access method , it is normal to have collision. However, the delay caused by collisions and retransmitting is very small and does not normally effect the speed of transmission on the network. The Ethernet protocol allows for linear bus, star or tree topologies. Data can be transmitted over twisted pair, ata speed of 10 mbps.

Ethernet

Types of wiring Rated capacity over 0mt or less

UTP Cat 16mbps

UTP Cat4 0mbps

UTP Cat5 100mbps

Coaxial 100mbps

Fibre 1000mbps

UTP(Unsheilded Twisted Pair ) comes in both category (10base T for 10mbpsnetworking) and category 5 (100mbps Tx for 100mbps fast Ethernet networking). It is thin flexible and easy to use with the common RJ45 connector.

The two main advantages of twisted pair networks are the low cost of the cables and the ease of installation in a star network. Another benefity is its ability to quickly resolve failed connections. In a twisted pair network, if a connection fails somewhere on the network between a node and the hub, only that node is disabled. The rest of the network is unaffected except for the inability to access that node. The easy way to resolve this problem is to replace one segment of cable at the failed node. If the failure occour in the link between two hubs, the two connected hubs continue to operate separately, although they are isolated from each other network resources. Using twisted pair networking is useful in the sense that if if the network were to expznd it can easily be done by using commercially available twisted pair “crossover” cable. You can connect your existing hub or switch directly to another hub or switch or bridge without any complication.

Although Cat5 is slightly expensive than Cat we will be using Cat5 for your Mill Caf as thos will enhance the performance of networking, giving more flexibility and giving scope for future improvement.

The reason I’m not recommending you to use Fibre is because it’s expensive and the interface card for fibre is also very expensive. Although it has the advantage of large capacity and can caover agreater distance, and the reason for not using coaxial is because coaxial cable EIA/TIA no longer has a standard for coax. Therefore, finally I will recommend you to use Unshielded Twisted PairUTP) Ethernet for its flexibility, neat and less prone network faults.

Topology

In order to choose the best topology for the Mill Caf I will be looking at diferwnt topology that are available with LAN networking, below are a brief discussion of star, bus and ring topology

The physical topology of a network refers to the configuration of cables, computers and others pheripherals. This is an arrangement of nodes and cable in a LAN, and is used in two general configuration bus and star. The two topology define how nodes are connected to one another.

STAR

A star topology is designed with each node (file server, workstations, and pheripherals) connected directly to a central network switch or hub. Data on a star network passes through the switch before continuing to its destination. The switch manage and control all functions of network. It also act as a repeater for the data flow. This configuration is common with twisted pair cable. As the Mill Caf network using 10 base T Ethernet and using switches the star topology will be the best choice.

BUS

The bus topology consists of nodes which connect to a diterminated main linear cable (the backbone) the bus topology requires the least amount of cabling and network equipment making it the most cost effectve topology.

As the Mill Caf will be based on one single building with threee floors there is a need of backbone networking . backbone is the main cabling of network tht all of the segments connects to. Typically, the backbone is capable of carrying more information than the individual segments. For example, each segment may have atransfer rate of 10mbps while the backbone may operate at 100mbps. The most likely backbone I will recommend for the Mill Caf is the collapsed backbone as the collapsed backbone network usually use the star topology which is my recommended topology for your internet caf, and this will use the device normally a switch as a center. In a collapsed backbone there are more cable but fewew devices and there ids no need for backbone cable which will only exists in the switch.the advantages f collapsed bacjbone simply is the improve performance.

Since all the backbone devices will be in the same physical location nd all traffic will flow through the switch this will enhance the performance of network. Also the advantages of this is that if any new cable is needed this all can be done in one place. The backbone device switch will be connected to different switches in different floors and each ports of the switch will be commected to eacc node via a pair of RJ45 connectors. Another advantages of using switch is that if a node is fails this will nort create any problem for others only this node will be disabledand will be easy to fix it without any ineraptopon to others.

I recommended the Ethernet protocol for this Mill Caf. Which is a shared media, so there ae rules for sending a packets of data to avoid conflicts and protact data integrity. In the Caf networking, nodes will determine when the network is available for sending packets. This is most likely to happen in the caf that two nodes at different location attempt to send data at the same time. When both PCs are transferring a packet to the network at the same time, a collision will result . minimizing collision is a critical element in the design and operation for you cafr network. The collision are lokely to happen when all PCs are in use within the network bandwidth and the user will face the slow performance of the network. Therefore, the best solution would be to use the backbone switch, as it will transmit information directly to the right destination witout delay meaning less traffic and improved performance.

So far We have employed a network topology and have choosen the protocol. Now to implement the networking functionality we need several components. Which are a server, switches, print server, printers, router/firewall for internet access, NIC ect. Below I will start with the server functionality for you mill caf and will choose the best possible server.

Server

A server is a computer or device on network that manages network resourcrs. For example, a file server or a print server. For the Mill Caf network we will have file server which will store all the necessary application that can be accecsed by users of caf as required. The advantage and the function of the serer would be simply to share the files. Here we will keep the necessary application that are most likely to use by the Caf users, for example MS word, as the users of the Mill caf will not only be using the Internet but other programmes by their needs. This will save money as we don’t have install the application in each PC, and therefore will save time and costs.

Since the server stand at the heart of the network , it has to be very fast computer with a large amount of Ram and storage space along wth the first Network Interface Card. The network operating system software wil be reside on this coputer, along with any software application and data files that need to be shared.

The server will control the communication of information between the needs on s network. To complete the required activity as a server for the Mill Caf I suggest that it will be justify to purcahese the server specifiedin in page…………and it will justify the cost . because it gives large amount of storage space and RAM, which are basic need for storing the application software. also security components of RAID.

My recommendation to use the Dell’s Power edge 600SC server which is ideal for your Mill Caf, that offers latest DDR memory, gigabit NIC, faster networking service with raid controller, the server has the facility for for data protection that support high capacity tape back up solution with internal tape backup drives. RAID Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks) it’s a category of disk drive that employ two or more drives in combination for a fault tolerance such as power failure. The dell server include the RAID which is very important for network user to get the most advantage out of the Mill Caf. Server will have CERC ATA 100 IDE RAID controller with a IDE RAID 1 connectivity which write all the data to two drives, this is a very good entry level redundant system since only two drives are required, in this level where monitoring occours that means a write occours in mirror disks. In the event of a disk failure the RAID controller uses either the mirror drive or the data drive for data recovery and continues operation. This server will also have a power vault tape backup unit called PV100T IDE TR5 internal TBU. DAT tape DDS single an essensial tape back up for powrvault tape drives.

For increased security purposes, in case of power failure, a failure backing up sysem is required and the server I suggest comes with uninteruptable power supplies called APC smart UPS 700i stand alone 700 VA 10, therefore in the event of a power failure the server will continue to operate until the power is restored and no need of worrying to loose valuable data therefore maximized the Mill Caf security.

Below is the specification for the recommended Mill Caf server

Model Dell Power Edge 600SC IDE

Processor Intel Pentium 4 processor 1.8 GHz with 51 k enhanced cache.

Try-scoring freak Nathan Blacklock continued his hot run with a brilliant hat-trick to lead St George Illawarra to a 4-0 win over South Sydney in Saturday nights National Rugby League match at WIN Stadium.

Blacklock crushed the Rabbitohs hopes of posting rare back-to-back victories with trademark strikes in the 6th, 54th and 77th minutes.

It was the former Test wingers eighth try in five games since making his comeback to league following his dalliance with rugby union.

He scored in three premier league matches in a row before almost being the hero for St George Illawarra with a double on his return to the top grade in last weeks last-second defeat at Newcastle.

It was also Blacklocks seventh hat-trick for the Dragons joint venture.

The premierships leading try-scorer from 1-001 has now scored an amazing 105-pointers in 11 matches.

After trailing 14-6 at halftime, Souths narrowed the gap to four points with a try straight after the break from interchange forward Mark Minichiello.

But with the aid of a strong breeze, the Dragons were always going to be hard to stop and the writing looked on the wall for Souths when halfback Brett Firman stepped his way over from close range in the 50th minute to give the home team a 0-10 advantage.

Blacklocks second try of the night was a beauty.

It came after a Mark Riddell burst up the middle before the supposedly overweight hooker found centre Matt Cooper, who immediately sent the ball to Blacklock to do the rest.

Blacklock took off from 5 metres out, stopped, propped, took off again and trampled over Souths fullback Brad Watts to dot down in the right corner.

St George Illawarra captain Lance Thompson charged over three minutes later to make it 8-10 before Souths threatened to make a match of it with quickfire tries to Justin Smith and Lee Hookey with eight minutes remaining.

But Blacklock had the final say to put the issue beyond doubt.

The victory lifted the Dragons into a share of eighth spot.

Force considers NRL withdrawal

Adelaide City Force will decide on Tuesday whether to pull out of the national soccer league, president Bob DOttavi said.

City, which narrowly missed this seasons grand final, was a founding member of the NSL in 177 and has won three championships.

But DOttavi said earlier this month that the club was losing $1.5 million per year from fielding its NSL side and could not afford to continue doing so.

He said the club had set today as a deadline for a new financial backer to come forward, otherwise the Force would have to withdraw from the NSL.

That hasnt happened yet, DOttavi told AAP.

The board of Adelaide City will meet on Tuesday and we will have to make some sort of decision.

DOttavi, who has put large amounts of his own money into the club, said City would continue to exist and field a team in Adelaides Premier League competition if it withdrew from the NSL.

He said he was hopeful the club could work out a way of slashing its budget to continue in the national league.

But he said the situation was complicated by the uncertainty within Soccer Australia (SA) over the make-up of its board.

Plans for shopping centre magnate Frank Lowy to become SA chairman have been stalled by legal technicalities and opposition from current SA directors.

We were hoping the new Soccer Australia board would be elected by now, but that wont happen until July 1, DOttavi said.

That has been a little bit disappointing, because we wanted to know what would happen to the national soccer league under the new board.

Carroll ready to take Origin II hits

Queensland coach Wayne Bennett wont have to show Tonie Carroll the match program to fire up the crash-tackling centre for Wednesday nights return State of Origin match in Sydney.

The steamrolling Carroll, moved from his new position at lock back to the centres where he had carved out a feared reputation, has vowed to smash anything in a blue jumper.

When Carroll made his Origin debut off the bench in game one in Sydney in 18, his player profile in the official match program was anything but flattering.

Carrolls profile read very lucky to be included and the pressure is on him to perform.

Bennett made sure he let his feelings be known in the post-match interview after Queenslands thrilling 4- win.

Ironically Carroll set up and scored the match-winning try, dragging three NSW defenders across the line in the dying minute.

An annoyed Bennett thumbed through the pen pics, handing his program to a reporter who asked about Carrolls debut and said Here, have a read of what they had to say about TC.

Carroll revealed he had actually seen the comments before that match.

I saw it before the game and I was a bit shocked at what they wrote, said Carroll who returned from England this season with the goal of playing Origin and Test football again.

Everyone has their opinion and I guess that was his opinion, I was a selection that wasnt expected.

But scoring that try was a childhood dream and its all history now.

Carroll and his Test centre partner Brent Tate have a key defensive job containing the creativeness of Matthew Gidley and the strength and power of Jamie Lyon on Wednesday night with the Blues certain to direct a lot of their attack out wide through playmaker Andrew Johns.

But both are defensive specialists and among the biggest backline hitters in rugby league.

I dont like leaving the game wondering ..... if the hit is on, Im more than happy enough to put my hand up to do it, said Carroll who knows a big shot at the right time can lift his teammates.

Queenslands defence was exposed in the first Origin game with the Maroons missing an amazing 65 tackles in their 5-1 loss.

I think weve got to toughen up all over the park really, said Carroll, who is expecting a lot of traffic to come his way.

When you got a ball player the class of Joey Johns of course they going to run it wide early and we have to be up to the task of shutting them down when they do.

Im more than happy to be out in the centres for this game but I believe Im playing my best football at lock where I can get involved with the defence.

Tate rates Gidley a quality player who needs to be watched every second because of his vast array of attacking weapons.

Hes a great player. Hes got an off-load, a step, a fend, hes got speed, hes got everything, said the young Test centre.

Hes a great all-round player and thats why Andrew Johns and Danny Buderus will go looking for him again like they did in Origin one.

In 18, the Portsmouth, NH and Keene, NH Police Departments along with the Education Development Center, Inc. of Newton, Massachusetts, were awarded a $00,000 Justice Department grant to combat Internet child sexual exploitation. This grant was awarded by the Justice Departments

Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) under its Internet Crimes Against Children program. The grant was used for undercover operations, the education of law enforcement officers and in the development of prevention materials. The service area for the grant covered the states of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.

The goal of this project was to create a Regional Task Force on Internet Crimes Against Children serving the three rural northern New England states Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Through this Task Force we identified and supported sources of technological and investigative expertise as well as forensic resources to enhance proactive and reactive investigations of Internet crimes against children across the northern New England region.

January 1th, 000 marked the end of our full-time three-year Internet law enforcement project which we had started in 17. Currently we maintain a part-time undercover operation. To date over 60 offenders from 4 different states and 15 foreign countries have been arrested and over ,000,000 child pornographic images seized.

One goal of the grant was to collect descriptive characteristics of those offenders who have committed sexual exploitation crimes with a computer. Our Offender Profile contains much of our data. This includes occupations of offenders and previous involvement with children. We have also included the state or country the offender resides or resided in. Part of our data collection included the ages of suspects. We have had suspects as young as thirteen and as old as sixty-seven. To date, the Keene Police Department has been involved with over 60 cases of Internet child sexual exploitation.

Due to the numerous requests we have received for a copy of the affidavit we use for Internet crimes, I have included a sample affidavit for law enforcement use. Please feel free to use it as a guideline when writing your own affidavits.

Tanner staging, which was designed for estimating development or physiologic age for medical, educational, and sports purposes (in other words, identifying early and late maturing children), has been misused in the courts when it is used not to stage maturation, but to estimate probable chronological age. For a better understanding of the Misuse of the Tanner Scale, you may wish to read the communication between Detective McLaughlin of the Keene Police Department and Dr. Arlan Rosenbloom; Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida College of Medicine.

Arrests have been made in many different states and several foreign countries. Our arrest totals by state page breaks down the arrests state by state.

United States v. Turner

Not objectively reasonable for a detective to have concluded that evidence of an assault -- the stated object of the consent search -- would be found in a computer.

Travers v. Florida

Under the totality of the circumstances, the police did not have well-founded suspicion to stop and detain Travers. The officers could have engaged in a consensual encounter, but chose otherwise.

United States v. Upham

The seizure of unlawful images is within the plain language of the warrant; their recovery, after attempted destruction, is no different than decoding a coded message lawfully seized or pasting together scraps of a torn-up ransom note.

New York v. Ferber

The States are entitled to greater leeway in the regulation of pornographic depictions of children for the following reasons (1) use of children as subjects of pornographic materials is harmful to the physiological, emotional, and mental health of the child () the standard of Miller v. California, 41 U.S. 15 , for determining what is legally obscene is not a satisfactory solution to the child pornography problem; () the advertising and selling of child pornography provide an economic motive for, and are thus an integral part of, the production of such materials, an activity illegal throughout the Nation; (4) the value of permitting live performances and photographic reproductions of children engaged in lewd exhibitions is exceedingly modest, if not de minimis; and (5) recognizing and classifying child pornography as a category of material outside the First Amendments protection is not incompatible with this Courts decisions dealing with what speech is unprotected.

United States v. X Citement Video, Inc.

Respondents also argued below that their indictment was fatally defective because it did not contain a scienter requirement on the age of minority. The Court of Appeals did not reach this issue because of its determination that §5 was unconstitutional on its face, and we decline to decide it here.

United States v. Black

Black argues that his prosecution under 18 U.S.C. sec 5 is unconstitutional under the Eighth Amendment because he is a pedophile or ephebophile.

United States v. Byrd

Byrd argues that Jacobson requires the government to prove predisposition only by evidence that existed before the government began its solicitation. This argument misstates the Jacobson holding (predisposition must be independent of government action).

Prompt response to each government mailing illustrates his predisposition.

Connection Distributing v. Janet Reno

Challenged record keeping and labeling provisions require anyone publishing to maintain identification records and label the publication as to the location of those records

Greene v. Reeves

Qualified Immunity

United States v. Grossenheider

Non-government search followed by Government search independent source doctrine (distinct, untainted source).

United States v. Hall

Evidence was discovered by private search

United States v. Katz

Whether the age of a model in a child pornography prosecution can be determined by a lay jury without the assistance of expert testimony.

United States v. Kimbrough

Executing officer would reasonably know what items are to be seized

Seizure of all video and audio tapes was necessary because the titles of such tapes were not dispositive of their content and that the absence or presence of child pornography in such items could not be determined by a cursory examination on the premises

United States v. Moore

Consent search for child pornography

Probable cause for arrest for child pornography

United States v. Salvo

Consent search for child pornography

United States v. Schmeltzer

General knowledge that the material is sexually oriented.

United States v. Layne

Possession may be actual or constructive.

Possession is a continuing offense.

Knowing possession of illegal material is not a passive crime.

United States v. Thomas

Propriety of venue the site of the defendants acts, the elements and nature of the crime, the locus of the effect of the criminal conduct, and the suitability of each district for accurate fact finding...

United States v. Campos

Soccer A Game of Hard Knocks

People have many different opinions of what the toughest sport is to play, and the most physically demanding. Throughout time you have heard of mass soccer riots in Italy, to television commercials sporting a naked man running across the field in the middle of a soccer game. Despite the outside distractions, the players continue to do what they are paid for, and that is to play the toughest sport on earth, soccer. When you hear names such as Pele, Preke, Ronaldo, or Americas own, Alexi Lalas, Im sure you think of some of the greatest soccer players ever. Although they are the best the world has to offer, even they had to put up with nagging or serious injuries to play the sport they love. Soccer players have been referred to as sissies or wimps, from other sports athletes like, football players and hockey players. They have also had to listen as people told them to play a different sport. What other sport offers you tackling, taking a ball to the head or face, virtually no pads (except shin pads.), and athletes playing through serious injuries like broken bones, and pulled muscles? None; thats why I think soccer is the toughest sport to play.

Soccer is rougher than most people actually think. People usually dont see whats happening outside the television camera’s view or off the field. Off the screen, you have players kicking each other, exchanging words, or even pushing each other around. Dont feel bad, though, because the referees dont see it half the time either. Then, during the game you have players slide tackling and taking each other out for possession of the ball. These players are wearing nothing to protect them from serious injuries. I know from experience. While I was in high school I was trying to play defense, and a member of my team accidentally fell on top of my leg, while a member of the opposite team kicked my leg, trying to get the ball. The result was me lying on the ground, with both the tibia and fibula broken in my left leg. The tibia had three different breaks. I recovered eight months later, but even though I knew the risk of serious injury was still there, I kept playing the game I love.

The problem with other sports is that unlike soccer the players sit out with the lamest injuries. According to an athletic trainer on, www.fifa.com, a soccer player that plays for a team called, Manchester United, “…had a broken foot in one game, but the following day he was back in the line-up. He is one tough cracker!” Relate that to football if someone gets turf toe, or a bruise, they usually sit out for the next game, which is normally a week away. However, soccer players play almost every other day in leagues such as the English Premier League, or high school. In basketball, they play a total of forty-eight minutes, and if a player gets injured, he sits out and doesn’t come back in. Soccer players have to play two continuous forty-five minute halves, and the only time they want to come off the field is if they need a stretcher. When athletes complain about being sore or tired in baseball, they ask for the day off. In the sport of soccer you dont have players making up excuses, as much, because they want to get back out and play. Then when they do ask for a day off, it’s well deserved. They play through almost every injury possible, and some even play with broken feet, and other broken bones.

Besides being rougher than other sports, soccer requires the most endurance. Soccer players have to be able to run for at least ninety minutes, compared to basketball’s twelve minutes a quarter, or baseball’s half an inning. The sport is non-stop most of the time and you don’t have time to stop running. Unlike other sports, soccer has no time-outs, so you cant stop in the middle of the game for a couple minutes to get water and a breather. According to, Tony Meola, a goalie for the Major League Soccer team, the Kansas City Wizards, “...it is tough, going out there and playing forty-five minutes straight, having a ten minute half-time break and then playing forty-five more minutes. You have to be physically and mentally in shape.” Tony is only a goalie too, if he was a forward or defender, he would be working his butt off a little more every game, but that goes to show you, that if a professional athlete is complaining, it must be tough. If soccer players didn’t have lots of endurance and stamina, then they would be known as “bowlers” or “golfers.”

Despite the harassment and name-calling constantly exerted by the fans and people, soccer players go on and do what they love and know how to do best. These are some of the lowest paid athletes in the sports industry, and yet they still give us unbelievable moments. Everything from diving headers to the bicycle kicks. We need to give these athletes our attention and respect, because they play the toughest sport in my opinion, and that’s soccer!
